Lhasa Apso Dogs are a wonderful breed that has been around for over eight centuries. Originated in Tibet and raised for the Dalai lama as an inner sentry dog they are very loyal to their owner. Lhasa Apso's posses a friendly and fun loving personality, enjoying play time as well as snuggles with their humans. Possessing a double coat that barely sheds Lhasa Apso's are considered a hypo-allergenic dog. This being said they do require regular grooming to look after their coats which can grow down to the floor and longer. Lhasa Apso Females will be 25-28 cm tall and weigh 5-7 kg.
